Judges Orientation Webinar - November 7, 2011 The total time commitment and process for Judges includes: Complete Judges Application and send to VCQ Nov. 7 - 12-1 p.m.: Participate in a 1 hour orientation webinar (see video above) Complete 4-6 hours of pre-work prior to training Dec. 13 - 9-4:30 p.m.: Attend 1 day training at VA Medical Center in WRJ (combined training with VT and NH) Dec. 20 - 8:30-12:30 p.m.: Attend 1/2 day evaluation of Level 1 applications at VCQ office January 2012: Attend 1/2 day evaluation of Level 2 applications January 2012: Completion of Feedback Comments to Level 1 applicant (team effort) February 2012: Completion of Feedback Comments to Level 2 applicant (team effort) Provide feedback to VCQ to improve process Requirements for Team Applicants: Complete Team Application and send to VCQ Participate in a 1 hour orientation webinar (Oct. 28 - 12-1 p.m.) Respond to the Team Excellence Criteria Requirements for Level 1 or Level 2 Create a PPT with detailed notes (this serves as the application) that will be read by the Panel of Judges to evaluate the application Level 1 deadline of the Application/Presentation: November 30 Level 2 deadline of the Application/Presentation: January (day TBD) There is no "live" presentation by the applicant and the presentation should be about 30 minutes in length Receive Feedback Report Jan. 16 or Feb. 15 from the Panel of Judges Provide feedback to VCQ to improve process
