MAKING CHANGE WORK

This practical one day workshop takes a comprehensive and "hands on" approach to understanding and making change work. By first absorbing the ideas, models, and tools from experts and then applying that knowledge to a real scenario, participants will gain true insight into the change process. Most importantly, each participant will leave with a toolkit of knowledge and resources they can use to successfully implement and navigate change in their own organizations. (One-Day Class - no pre-requisite)

  • Strategies for success
  • Measure your organization's readiness for change
  • A model for overcoming human resistance to change

**Grants and scholarships are available for hospital, manufacturer, IT, telecom, and environmental staff members through a partnership with the VT Training Program at the Department of Economic Development. Full scholarships are limited. Register early. Call VCQ for details at 802-655-1910.

Cancellation Policy
Registration fees must be paid on or before the workshop date. Fees cover all course materials, continental breakfast and lunch. Registration fees will be credited for cancellations made 10 business days prior to the workshop. Within 10 business days of the workshop, only substitutions will be accepted. No-shows will be charged the full registration fee. Classes may be cancelled if there are less than 6 people. If this does occur, you will be contacted one week prior to the class to reschedule.
