LEADING QUALITY TEAMS
Join us for this dynamic and practical 2-day workshop that lays the groundwork for learning to build and lead a quality improvement team. This class will teach you how to begin to form a results-based team, lead it through problem-solving and decision-making, and keep group dynamics on track.
Class objectives:
- Learn team objectives for a Criteria Champion team
- Determine the talent you need, set team roles, and make agreements with organizational leaders who support the team’s work
- Lead the team by building strong team dynamics and efficient meetings
- Outline a short-term plan for the team's work
- Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making that lead to results

**Grants and scholarships are available for healthcare, manufacturing, IT, telecom, and environmental staff members through a partnership with the VT Training Program at the Department of Economic Development. Full scholarships are limited. Register early. Contact VCQ at 802-655-1910 to learn about the new eligibility requirements for the VT Training Program Grants.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees must be paid on or before the workshop date. Fees cover all course materials, continental breakfast and lunch. Registration fees will be credited for cancellations made 10 business days prior to the workshop. Within 10 business days of the workshop, only substitutions will be accepted. No-shows will be charged the full registration fee. Classes may be cancelled if there are less than 6 people. If this does occur, you will be contacted one week prior to the class to reschedule.
