Baldrige Green Self-Assessment
The Vermont Council for Quality, in a partnership with Dr. Donald Fisher, Ph.D., is proud to announce the release of their newest self-assessment application: Baldrige Green. Baldrige Green is a web-based, self-assessment survey which evaluates organizational sustainability. The survey obtains input from a cross section of functions, locations, and grade levels throughout the organization to extract the most reliable and accurate information possible. The survey also measures sustainability performance on a wide range of key performance indicators and helps to evaluate key processes, systems and results. After the completion of the survey, Baldrige Green will generate a Feedback Report within days. The Feedback Report will identify organizational strengths, deployment gaps, and pinpoints vital opportunities for improvement.
Baldrige Green uses the Performance Excellence Criteria when evaluating corporate sustainability planning and provides a unique assessment methodology for an organization to gauge its sustainability planning efforts. The Performance Excellence Criteria has been recognized as a “best practice” initiative for organizations to use to assess and to ensure that their sustainability performance is competitive in the global marketplace.
