In this workshop, David Meier will outline the process used by Toyota that guides their thinking and improvement activities. This process is greatly applicable to any organization, particularly in light of the current economic challenges.  Participants will learn how to use the A3 process used by Toyota to facilitate communication and to logically organize the problem solving process.
