March 5 - Raising the BarA one-day introduction class to Performance Excellence, the first step on your Journey to Performance Excellence through Vermont Council for Quality. Objectives:

March 18 - Building Excellence: Strategically Planning Your Organization's FutureThis one-day workshop helps to guide you and your colleagues in clarifying your organization's approach to the future by developing a simple and effective strategic plan that is suited for your organization's needs and goals. This class is most beneficial when 2 or more members from the same organization attend.
