Baldrige Express Peer-to-Peer Networking Group
A VCQ facilitated 2-hour webinar for leadership teams who have completed the Baldrige Express assessment or have interest in completing an assessment. Participants have the opportunity to learn how other organizations have used the feedback results of their Express Assessment. The session will also provide an opportunity for Round Robin discussion to learn the successful process steps that other organizations took to begin the planning of the administration of the tool, evaluate the results, identify improvement opportunities, deploy action items and keep the momentum going. This will be an ongoing group that meets throughout the year.
