Customers First!
Build a customer-focused organization that benefits the bottom line
Vermont Council for Quality’s “Customers First!” workshop focuses on how your organization determines the needs and preferences of customers and markets. Decipher how your organization builds relationships with customers and what steps lead to customer acquisition, satisfaction, loyalty and retention. This class consists of interaction from the participants with facilitation from the instructor, a guest speaker, as well as learning directly from organizations who have built customer-focused organizations.
In this class, you will:
- Identify and understand your customers, what is important to them, and how to incorporate this knowledge into your strategy and operations.
- Implement a customer focused process by identifying practices and techniques that build customer relations, satisfaction and loyalty.
- Learn how to measure your organization’s performance at becoming a customer-focused organization. Establish the critical few measures that will enhance your organization’s customer focus and predict its impact on your bottom line.
Call VCQ at 802-655-1910 if you are interested in signing up for a future Customers First! class or host it at your organization.
