Strategically Planning Your Organization's Future
About the Workshop
This one-day workshop will guide you and your colleagues in clarifying your organization’s approach to the future by developing a simple, effective strategy planning process uniquely suited to your own organizations needs and goals. This planning process will also serve as your guide for successful strategy execution. The workshop is designed for leadership of small to medium-sized organizations but appropriate for any leader focused on long-term success and searching for a strategic planning and execution process that serves as a dynamic resource, not a draining one.

Each participant will leave with a strategic planning process tailored to his/her organization as well as a better understanding of their organization and how its unique strategy can be harnessed in planning and enhancing the future.
Who Should Attend
Senior leaders of for-profit and not-for profit organizations with under 500 employees. It is most beneficial when two or more members from the same organization attend.

**Grants and scholarships are available for hospital, manufacturer, IT, telecom, and environmental staff members through a partnership with the VT Training Program at the Department of Economic Development. Full scholarships are limited. Register early. Call VCQ for details at 802-655-1910.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees must be paid on or before the workshop date. Fees cover all course materials, continental breakfast and lunch. Registration fees will be credited for cancellations made 10 business days prior to the workshop. Within 10 business days of the workshop, only substitutions will be accepted. No-shows will be charged the full registration fee. Classes may be cancelled if there are less than 6 people. If this does occur, you will be contacted one week prior to the class to reschedule.
