Sustaining Baldrige Implementation
While the introduction and implementation of the Baldrige Criteria may be a challenge, sustaining excellence is the real challenge. There are dangers of letting the initial work slip away or if awards are won, 'resting on our laurels'. Stagnation and decline are constant dangers in the lifecycle of quality, the aim is to constantly energize and regenerate. There are key lessons that we can learn to ensure we sustain the Baldrige.
