"Taking Health Care to the Next Level"

Our 3rd Annual Health Care Quality Conference will feature two 2010 Baldrige National Quality Award Recipients: Studer Group and Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital!!
Debbie Cardello, Studer Group Coach and Patricia Skriba, Vice President, Learning/Organizational Effectiveness from Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital will provide valuable learning tools to help health care organizations get to the next level of performance. The agenda will include an Open Forum with round table discussion on a topic/challenge that attendees will bring forward. Key findings will be shared with the group and include consultation from Debbie Cardello and Patricia Skriba. The Town Hall gives the opportunity for attendees to ask the facilitators questions on how they would address a challenge or discuss other topics that are of interest to them. An exhibit of best practice posters will be showcased - highlighting best practices from local organizations to allow an opportunity to network with your peers.
This conference is ideal for mid- to upper-level health care providers including: hospitals, clinics, mental health, home health, insurance providers, health care in state government, and other quality improvement experts.
