Vermont Council for Quality's 4th Annual Fall Quality Conference featured a Healthcare Forum with keynote presenter Lina Hodac, Performance Improvement Director of Baptist Health Care Leadership Institute where she highlighted "Cultural Excellence Best Practices". We were also joined by Vermont Healthcare representatives who shared best practices.

The afternoon session featured presenter Robin Lawton, President of International Management Technologies, Inc. who facilitated a workshop on the "8 Dimensions of Excellence - Aligning Stategy, Measures & Customer Priorities". Rob is a best selling author and ranked #1 of 88 speakers in 2007 by an international organization. Rob's presentation was provocative, humorous and highly interative that created thought provoking insights into innovation, excellence and customer focus. His passion for his topics is contagious.
