Jeffrey Lucas
Deputy Director
Baldrige National Quality Program
Jeff Lucas has been on the staff of BNQP since March 2006 and was recently appointed Deputy Director. Prior to joining the staff, Jeff served on the Board of Examiners as a senior examiner. His professional career has included work in public education, most recently as Program Manager for Student Assessment Services at the Maryland State Department of Education, and in the hospitality industry where he was both a director of food and beverage for a large hotel company and the owner of his own small restaurant. Jeff holds a master’s degree in organizational development from the Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the College of William and Mary.
